Dolabany designed the frame with a shield that was custom molded for their exclusive production. The Arnold also showcases functional rivets (as opposed to pasted, decorative rivets), seven-barrel hinges and a 45° miter cut at the temple end, capturing true retro features.

Founder, Designer and CEO, Mark Dolabany began his career in the optical industry during high school when he would use summer vacations to work for a neighborhood business repairing eyeglasses. Later, he would move on to different areas of the trade.

Today, his passion for the industry is represented in his own eyewear designs, where he uses premium acetate, old-fashioned, multi barrel hinges and rivets. Mark’s designs are a reflection of the same high–quality craftmanship he observed during his youth.
